Matthew “VP” Van Parys
President
VP brings 3 decades of experience in the National Security realm including work affiliated with space command, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Special Operations and Cyber. Having served on the Joint Staff in the Pentagon, he understands how to efficiently and effectively communicate at the highest levels of National Security. He has led various sized organizations consisting of small teams to groups numbering nearly a thousand. His calm, empowering and decisive leadership style ensures our API personnel are energized, focused and prepared to deliver for our partners.
Michels “Mike” Pryor
Chief Operations Officer
Mike, a retired Colonel, is a national security expert with over 30 years experience leading and innovating across the Departments of Defense and Energy, and the Intelligence Community. He's led interagency task forces, large organizations, high performance groups on 4-star staffs and delivered solutions and technology to warfighters around the world. He is grateful to be part of the winning team at Aim Point Innovation!
